Warranty and Support

Yoshkar Warranty Guidelines

  • The YoshkarTech Store warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the YoshkarTech products only and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product & is at the sole discretion of Yoshkar based on its warranty policies.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice number) is required to be presented for availing warranty services.
  • You can register a warranty service request with our customer service team (info@yoshkartech.com) who will contact you and attempt to troubleshoot the issue.
  • If the issue is not resolved over call or email, you can ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with the Yoshkar customer service team. YoshkarTech will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit if you self-ship your product to us.
  • YoshkarTech warranty coverage shall be limited only to provide repairs & rectification of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be done with an equivalent condition device only, with or without packaging & accessories.
  • Yoshkar shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, or loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in Yoshkar products.
  • While Yoshkar will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest, we would like to make it expressly clear that we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
  • In case of product replacement within the warranty period, if the product is out of stock, an upgraded model of the equivalent price will be offered.

The Yoshkar Warranty is void in the following cases:

  • Termination of 6 months Warranty period from the purchase date of the product (as determined by proof of purchase).
  • The product has not been operated according to the Yoshkar instruction manual.
  • Any accidental or incidental damages caused by the customer, house pests and pets; priorly repaired by unauthorized persons; tampering with the product; usage of non-specified usage;
  • Damages caused due to natural occurrences, exposure to extreme temperatures or spillage/logging of food or liquid on the product.
  • Issues pertaining to look & feel of the product, dim display under sunlight, low product quality due to accumulation of dust or dirt.
